Rubber drum enables controlled expansion of a spiral band for proper balance and smooth running at high speeds (band sold separately). Non-slip drum surface securely holds spiral band. Enables polishing, finishing and blending on contours when smooth running is essential. Pairs with coated abrasive bands or non-woven surface conditioning bands. Use same diameter drum and band.
